Description: Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a local bank. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to management and staff, ensuring efficient daily office operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support. The Administrative Assistant assists with document management, data entry, filing, and other office tasks.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required, further education preferred
2+ years of administrative assistant and customer service experience
Proficiency in Adobe
Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; overtime as needed
