Assembler – Electro‐Mechanical Assembly

The Electro‐Mechanical Assembler is responsible for building, wiring, and mechanically assembling components, sub‐assemblies, and full assemblies according to drawings, schematics, work instructions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Assembly

• Assemble mechanical components, brackets, frames, and hardware per blueprints.
• Perform fitting, aligning, torquing, and fastening operations.
• Conduct drilling, tapping, deburring, or grinding as required.

Electrical Assembly

• Perform wiring including routing, stripping, terminating, labeling, and bundling.
• Install electrical components such as connectors, sensors, relays, motors.
• Follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Electro‐Mechanical Integration

• Combine mechanical and electrical components into assemblies.
• Assist with functional testing including continuity checks.

Quality & Documentation

• Follow work instructions and BOMs.
• Inspect work for compliance before QC review.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow PPE, lockout/tagout, and all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required

• 1–3 years mechanical/electro‐mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Competence with hand tools, crimpers, torque tools, and electrical tools.

Preferred

• Experience with panel wiring, harness assembly, or machine assembly.
• Familiarity with metal fabricated assemblies.

Compensation is competitive and will be based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
