A Manufacturing Company in Aurora, IL is seeking Operators and Assemblers to join their team!!


Evaluation To Hire Opportunity

MUST HAVE ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20.00 based off shift.


1st Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm


2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm


3rd Shift: Monday to Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am

Qualifications:


• High School Diploma or GED required


• Ideally already experienced in high volume metal shop floor manufacturing


• Ideally light industrial resistance spot welding experience


• Ability to work with sheet metal and insulating materials


• Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting is recommended.


• Ability to read blueprints / assembly instructions


• Ability to work under close timelines


• Fluent in verbal and written English


• Good team player

You will have the opportunity to be cross trained in multiple departments consisting of Machine Operating and Assembly. The target of the position is to process and assemble sheet metal, insulating materials, or trim parts according to drawing specifications. Resistance spot-welding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly / production of serial parts according to print
• Operating various CNC or Production Machines
• Individual insulation assembly jobs according to the established procedures
• Resistance spot-welding
• Work with other members of the line or group to assemble products.
• Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment always
• Performs other related duties as assigned
