The Assistant General Manager supports daily operations at Boulevard Together and serves as a key execution partner to the General Manager. This role manages front office workflows, supports resident service delivery, and ensures operational tasks are completed accurately, on time, and per site protocol
Responsibilities:
•Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations, reporting, and team coordination
•Oversee front desk workflows and ensure consistent resident communication and documentation standards
•Coordinate scheduling for appointments, inspections, vendor access, and resident meetings
•Track escalations and action items; ensure follow-ups are completed and communicated appropriately
•Support operational audits by maintaining organized records and assisting with data requests
•Partner with Facilities, Compliance, Resident Liaison, and Security to execute site initiatives and resolve resident concerns
•Coordinate appointments with NYCHA-appointed third-party oversight agencies and local elected officials, including STV and OCC
•Serve as acting manager in the General Manager’s absence as assigned
Requirements:
•High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
•2+ years in property management, housing operations, or administrative leadership
•Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize
•Professional communication and documentation skills
