Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue. Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST. Advise c omplainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason. P rovide any resources or referrals, as appropriate. Se nd a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor. C lose the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. D ocument the actions in the OnBase system.
