Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for a dedicated Evening Shift Manager to join our team in Columbia, Missouri . If you’re a reliable, positive, and energetic person who loves working with people and can lead by example, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your restaurant career.
As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee evening operations, keep the team motivated, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
Supervise and support the crew during evening shifts (5 nights per week)
Lead by example in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service
Manage cash handling, nightly reports, and closing procedures
Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are always met
Delegate tasks and keep the team organized during busy rushes
Handle guest inquiries or issues with professionalism and care
Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive work environment
Work closely with management to uphold company policies and store goals
Prior restaurant or shift leader experience preferred (fast casual or QSR a plus)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Dependable, organized, and able to manage a team with confidence
Reliable transportation and open evening availability (5 nights per week required)
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great guest experiences
Willingness to perform all crew member duties as needed (team player mentality)
