Job Overview Position: Experienced Apartment Leasing Agent Location: Anaheim, CA 92801 Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour Responsibilities Greet prospective and current residents, providing excellent customer service. Answer calls and inquiries in the leasing office. Set appointments for prospects to visit the community and apartments. Present the apartment community, ultimately assisting in sales. Qualify leads to help generate prospects for the community. Assist residents with service requests and general questions about the community and home. Qualifications 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or equivalent experience. Professional demeanor. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing personality with great enthusiasm. Organized and resourceful nature. Passion for serving customers.
