North Star Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facility projects and operations across our multiple locations. This role is built for someone who can manage the big picture while staying connected to the details—leading contractors, coordinating schedules and budgets, visiting project sites, and keeping projects moving from start to finish. If you're a project-minded professional with hands-on experience who takes pride in turning plans into results, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Lead Facility renovations, repairs, maintenance, construction, and improvement projects. Contractors, vendors, bids, budgets, schedules, and project timelines. Facility inspections, planning, preventative maintenance, and building systems. Grounds, snow removal, janitorial services, and other facility needs. Facility priorities and projects from planning through completion. What You Bring 5–8 years of experience in facilities, construction, maintenance, skilled trades, project management, or a related field. Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, projects, budgets, or building systems. Strong judgment, organization, communication, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track. Willingness to travel regularly between North Star locations. Why North Star? More ownership. More variety.
