Join the Fox’s Pizza Den at our location in Elizabeth, CO — the very first Fox’s Pizza in the state. Help us build the foundation of our Colorado presence and be part of something exciting from day one.
We’re hiring a General Manager to lead our team. This role sets the tone for the culture, service, and success of the restaurant. You’ll train and develop staff, drive operational excellence, and look for opportunities to grow the business. Restaurant experience is not required, but strong leadership experience, coachability, and a desire to mentor others are essential.
What we’re looking for:
Positive, energetic leadership
Open availability
Ability to work 40–45 hours per week
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 annually, plus a structured bonus plan and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, interviewing, training, ordering, inventory, scheduling, team leadership, communication, and using key operational apps. The GM works closely with the franchisee and market leader.
