To support a growing practice, the remote Government Contracts Attorney will advise clients on government contracting issues, assist with procurement processes, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Key responsibilities: Advise clients on contract formation, negotiation, performance, and termination related to government contracts Assist clients in navigating government procurement processes, including bid protests and contract disputes Provide legal counsel on compliance matters related to federal, state, and local government contracts Required qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on government contracts Strong knowledge of U.S. federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and state/local procurement laws Experience with public sector contracting and regulatory compliance Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state
