Description Boyd Wilson is searching for a Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Technician to join the Grounds/Landscaping team. The successful candidate will work with the team to provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the assigned properties. A successful candidate should have a working knowledge of commercial-grade mowers, RTV turf equipment, and powerized equipment such as chainsaws, blowers, edgers and string trimmers. The candidate will participate in the day-to-day operations of the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Grounds Supervisor and/or Assistant Grounds Supervisor. Successful candidate(s) are responsible for assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment as well as maintaining equipment, servicing equipment, and diagnosing any problems in the field. This position is a Seasonal position. Mechanical experience and/or background is helpful but not required. Complete the make-ready/move-in (curb appeal) process of vacant apartments. Assist with special projects. Provide assistance regarding emergencies before and after hours, weekends, and holidays.
