High Reach Forklift Operator - Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role requires operating high reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (stand-up and high reach) to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload products at storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
- Inspect forklifts and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Track inventory and complete documentation using handheld scanners.
- Assist with picking, packing, and organizing materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification with experience operating high reach forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and 60 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the day.
- Strong math and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
