Position Summary: America's Home Health Services is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead operations for our Philadelphia corporate office. This role is responsible for overseeing daily branch functions, driving census growth, and ensuring a consistent flow of patient referrals through strategic community engagement and relationship building. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a background in home health or healthcare marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a strong referral network to ensure a consistent pipeline of consumer and patient admissions
- Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources
- Lead and support community outreach and marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and census
- Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery
- Monitor performance metrics, census growth, and referral trends, adjusting strategies as needed
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing, accountable team
- Ensure excellent patient and partner satisfaction through consistent communication and service quality
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home health/home care marketing
- Proven success in building referral networks and growing census
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the home health industry and referral processes
- Ability to travel locally within assigned counties
