Your Impact The primary purpose of the HR Business Partner, Consultant is to lead, support, facilitate, and drive people processes and projects across assigned client areas. Working closely with the HR Business Partner Director and Vice President team, you will drive overall business performance and employee engagement by diagnosing issues and opportunities and taking corrective actions. You will also coordinate the delivery of targeted HR programs and services that generate measurable value for clients. The role supports the HR Business Partner, Analyst by overseeing the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives. You will lead project plans and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, including talent planning, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, communication, and diversity initiatives. What You Will Do Diagnose potential issues at individual, team, and organizational levels and implement solutions that enable business success. Provide leadership development coaching for supervisors and managers, facilitating talent review discussions and quarterly talent check‑ins. Consult with business leaders on change management, understanding impact and implementing processes and systems to sustain change. Partner with internal HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Employee Relations) to develop comprehensive strategies. Stay current on HR research and trends to present informed perspectives to stakeholders. Develop engagement action plans based on Employee Opinion Survey results, aligning with business trends. Identify development solutions and advise leaders on accelerating employee development (exposure events, project assignments, coaching). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field plus 5 years of experience, OR 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent. 4+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility. 4+ years experience as an HR Generalist. 3+ years direct supervisory experience. 1+ years consulting experience (needs/gap analysis, diagnosis, solution development, measurement). 1+ years of program and project management experience with increasing responsibility. 3+ years experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, and practices. Preferred Skills/Education 2+ years multi‑unit HR management experience. 2+ years talent acquisition experience (recruiting, interviewing, selecting). 1+ years replacement and/or workforce planning experience. 1+ years succession, career, and development planning experience for exempt positions. 1+ years working in a corporate headquarters environment. 1+ years experience managing projects/programs in a matrixed environment.
