We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to represent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing at a local Costco location. In this role, you'll create friendly conversations with members, share information about Sierra's HVAC services, and schedule appointments for service, diagnostics, or replacement estimates.

You will represent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing at a Costco location by connecting with members and helping them learn about solutions for their home comfort needs.
Your primary focus will be starting friendly conversations, sharing information about our HVAC services, and scheduling appointments for our technicians or comfort advisors.
You don't need HVAC experience we'll train you.
What matters most is your energy, communication skills, and willingness to engage with customers.

Pay Range: $18 $21 per hour Plus commission opportunities based on appointments and performance. Additional earning opportunities may include spiffs and incentive programs.

As the first point of contact for many customers, you help build trust and create opportunities for Sierra to support families with safe, reliable heating and cooling.
