A well-established boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant OR Paralegal to join its close-knit team. Will also look at other litigation backgrounds! What You'll Do Support attorneys with estate planning and probate matters from intake through completion. Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person. Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and client files. Schedule meetings, document signing appointments, and manage attorney calendars. Assist with probate administration, estate planning documents, and related legal matters. Conduct client signing appointments by explaining estate planning documents and ensuring all documents are properly executed (paralegal responsibilities). Coordinate with courts, financial professionals, and other third parties as needed. Assist with general office operations, file management, and administrative support. Accurately enter information into firm systems and record billable time where applicable. Qualifications Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm. Estate planning and probate experience is preferred; family law or other litigation experience will also be considered. Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
