Job Description
Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a dynamic, team-oriented group providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment in the beautiful and family-friendly Henderson, Nevada community.

Job Description:
• As a Neonatologist at Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, you will:
• Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus.
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment.
• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance.
• Serve a rapidly growing, vibrant community offering outstanding lifestyle and recreational opportunities.
• This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.

• Nevada

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) Neonatologist, Valid Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification,Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? Does provider already live in the area or they willing to relocate?
