Key Responsibilities Contact constituents and complainants to discuss thedetails of filed complaints. Review complaints and compare the issues againstapplicable Florida statutes. Analyze complaint details to determine appropriatenext steps based on jurisdiction and established procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with thepublic by phone, email, and written correspondence. Advise complainants regarding jurisdictionaldeterminations, case closure decisions, and the reason for closure. Provide appropriate resources or referrals whenapplicable. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience reading and interpretingFlorida state statutes. Minimum 3 years of experience working with the publicin a professional work environment. Minimum 1 year of experience working with the publicand analyzing complaints. Ability to speak, read, write, and understandEnglish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,especially when interacting with the public. Exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail. Ability to communicate professionally, tactfully, andaccurately with constituents and complainants. Ability to follow procedures, meet project timelines,and document work accurately. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Versa. Experience using OnBase or a similar documentmanagement system.
