Details: Adventist Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team in Hanford, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, possess excellent surgical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to advancing orthopedic spine treatments.

Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat patients with spinal disorders, injuries, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic tests, and medical history assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions. Perform complex surgical procedures on the spine, including but not limited to spinal fusion, laminectomy, discectomy, and decompression surgeries. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurosurgeons, physical therapists, pain management specialists, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients. Provide patient education and counseling regarding their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care to promote informed decision-making and optimal outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, seminars, and workshops, to stay abreast of advancements in orthopedic spine surgery and maintain licensure and certification requirements.
