Overnight Studio Host

Evolution is hiring Night Shift Casino Dealers in Philadelphia. You'll host live casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat - on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required. We train you. You show up. We handle the rest. If you naturally prefer nights, this might be the most interesting overnight job you've ever seen.

This is not a typical overnight job. You are not stocking shelves. You are not sitting at a front desk watching the clock. You are not working a smoky casino floor. You are hosting live online casino games on camera in a modern professional studio - at 11pm, 1am, 3am - while players from around the state tune in live. Think: live hosting + customer service + broadcast studio environment. On the overnight shift. You don't need casino or dealer experience. That's what paid training is for.

What You'll Do

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
• Bring focus, confidence, and personality to every overnight shift
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

• 7am - 3pm (Part Time - Saturday & Sunday ONLY)
• 3pm - 11pm
• 5pm - 1am
• 7pm - 3am

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• Prefer working overnight or early morning shifts
• Are comfortable being on camera
• Bring steady energy and focus during late hours
• Can follow procedures consistently
• Are reliable, professional, and punctual
• Want a full-time overnight role with real growth potential
• Are open to weekends and holidays

People who do well here often come from overnight retail, front desk, security, hospitality, customer service, call centers, warehouses, and other overnight roles - and want something more interesting to do with their nights. No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
