The E-Commerce Shopper is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, selecting and bagging customes orders, while providing attentive and friendly customer service.
Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding cashier operations, safety, and sanitation
Select customer orders efficiently and accurately and bagging customer orders
Provide courteous customer service; using please and thank you, smiling, maintain eye contact with customers, and direct them to appropriate manager if necessary
Stock supplies in immediate area, as well as return shop backs, retrieve carts, and perform miscellaneous cleaning, facing, and straighten various shelf sections
Responsible for assembling customer’s online orders
Ability to navigate through the store and accurately identify products for customer orders
