How you’ll contribute A phlebotomist who excels in this role:

  • Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.
  • Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.
  • Maintains equipment and medical supplies.
  • Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing

What we’re looking for To be successful in this role, candidates should have a high school diploma, BLS certification, and phlebotomy training. Additional requirements include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification from ASCP or NHA preferred
  • Basic Life support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Formal phlebotomy training preferred
