• Age: 21 years or older.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; further education in Criminal Justice is a plus! Completion of a certified TCOLE police academy.
• Experience: Two years (2) of law enforcement experience is required to apply for the position. Five years (5) experience is preferred along with an Intermediate TCOLE License.
• Background: Clean criminal record and valid Texas driver's license.
• Skills: Strong communication, quick decision-making, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
