The Role
If you love bringing events to life, keeping things organized, and making experiences feel seamless and engaging, this role is for you. The Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) is looking for a Program Delivery Associate to help plan and run in-person experiences and virtual programs. You'll be the person making sure everything actually works behind the scenes, from logistics and tech to communications and participant experience. This is a great role for someone early in their career who's detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and excited to grow in event planning, operations, and program delivery in a nonprofit setting.
