Job Description - Lead and oversee all inspection and quality assurance activities within the facility
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring audit readiness and compliance
- Develop and track key quality metrics, driving improvements through data analysis
- Handle non-conformances and corrective actions using structured root cause methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve processes
- Conduct internal audits, system audits, and supplier evaluations
- Monitor supplier quality and implement corrective actions as needed
- Investigate customer complaints and implement preventative solutions
- Produce regular reports including performance trends and failure analysis
- Identify and implement initiatives focused on continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team
- Deliver training and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks and ISO9001 standards
- Experience with ERP systems and inspection processes
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles; certification is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Hands-on experience with precision measurement equipment
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Results-driven with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
