JOB SUMMARY:

The React Native Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable mobile applications and backend microservices. This role focuses on building high-performance mobile apps using React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript , developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot , and working with Azure Cosmos DB for distributed NoSQL data management. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead feature development, ensure performance optimization, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop robust, scalable mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript .
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot microservices .
Model, query, and optimize data using Azure Cosmos DB (NoSQL) for high-throughput and globally distributed workloads.
Lead end-to-end feature development from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for performance, security, and maintainability .
Mentor and guide junior developers , promoting technical best practices.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and support DevOps automation practices.
Participate in architectural design discussions and help define technical roadmaps.

Required Skills

6-8+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile application development.
Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript .
Experience developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot microservices .
Hands-on experience with REST API design and integration .
Strong knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases .
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments .
Strong understanding of application performance optimization and debugging .
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure .
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes .
Knowledge of mobile performance tuning and debugging tools .
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems .
