We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support talent acquisition and HR operations. This Long-term Contract position plays an important role in creating a smooth experience for candidates and new hires by keeping recruiting activities organized, communications timely, and records accurate. The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote during the standard Monday through Friday workweek.Responsibilities:• Manage interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.• Maintain job postings and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system to ensure recruiting information remains current and organized.• Assist with employment offer documentation, pre-employment screenings, and related hiring steps to support timely onboarding.• Oversee onboarding coordination for new hires, including tracking outstanding forms and confirming completion of required documentation.• Enter and maintain employee, candidate, and organizational data across HR platforms with a high level of accuracy.• Safeguard sensitive candidate and employee information by handling records with discretion and maintaining confidentiality standards.• Prepare recruiting reports, update trackers, complete data entry tasks, and organize HR documentation to support day-to-day operations.• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, team events, and departmental projects as needed.
