Position Overview This position supports our Navy customer and requires the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. Work arrangement is hybrid; specific on‑site requirements will vary based on client needs. Responsibilities Build, test, deliver, and maintain robotic automations using UiPath, ensuring implementations align with industry standards and best practices. Code solutions that are secure, scalable, extensible, reusable, well‑documented, and sustainable. Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at optimal solutions. Collaborate with software engineers and subject matter experts to identify automation candidates and define requirements. Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure compliance with requirements and established standards. Capture and communicate development best practices across the team. Work with the VP of Technology Solutions and applicable project managers to support delivery objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited college or university. 3+ years of experience in software engineering and development. 1+ years of hands‑on experience with UiPath. 3+ years of experience working with PKI‑secured systems. UiPath Associate Certificate and Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate Certifications. Proven ability to contribute to technical architecture design, including requirements management and technology selection. Experience working within Agile and continuous integration environments. Strong problem‑solving capability. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. UiPath certification(s). Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Prior experience supporting Navy or other DoD customers. Compensation $90,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Work Environment Typical professional office environment. Requires sustained focus, extended periods at a computer workstation, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
