At C&N, we’re seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to oversee the administration, compliance, and ongoing success of retirement plans while delivering exceptional service to plan sponsors and participants. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, oversee plan administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to expand C&N’s Retirement Services offerings. If you enjoy combining technical expertise with outstanding client service, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our growing Wealth Management team.This position offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates must reside within 50 miles of a C&N location or be willing to relocate to be considered.You will be responsible for:Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans by building strong relationships with plan sponsors and participants while delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
