We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness within the spa. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
Manage and train staff, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development
Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing of supplies and products
Implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Supervise scheduling and shift management to optimize staff efficiency
Develop retail sales strategies to enhance revenue from product sales
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary
Skills

Strong negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively
Proficient in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
Experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management
Excellent management skills with a focus on team management and leadership
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, merchandising, pricing, and sales management
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual preferred)
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities
Experience in retail management or grocery store operations is a plus
Proficient in administrative tasks with strong math skills for budgeting purposes
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote spa services effectively
