About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in the organization's success by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, this role partners closely with executives, department heads, and HR stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
This role is highly goal-oriented and metrics-driven. Success is measured through clear hiring outcomes such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, and pipeline health. The Talent Acquisition Partner is motivated by results and brings discipline to how hiring is planned, tracked, and deliveredusing systems, data, and consistent processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operating in a dynamic labor market, this role requires strong judgment, market insight, and a consultative mindset, balanced with operational excellence and a strong command of recruitment systems.
