Flair Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Tower Communications Foreman to lead crews performing structural tower work, maintenance, and civil site improvements throughout the western United States.
Please Note: We are not a network integration company. We do not perform AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, or other carrier equipment installations, antenna swaps, or network modernization work. Our focus is on tower structures, structural modifications, inspections, maintenance, and site infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise tower crews safely and efficiently.
· Perform and oversee tower climbing activities.
· Install and repair structural tower components.
· Complete tower maintenance and structural modifications.
· Perform site maintenance including fence repairs, grounding systems, and general civil site work.
· Read and interpret construction drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
· Coordinate daily work with project managers and office staff.
· Maintain project documentation and daily reports.
· Ensure OSHA, client, and Flair Group safety standards are followed.
· Identify field issues and develop practical solutions.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Tower Foreman or Lead Climber.
· Proven tower climbing experience.
· Ability to supervise and mentor Top Hands and crew members.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Computer literate.
· Ability to read engineering drawings and construction plans.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to travel extensively.
· Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

Travel is required. Projects are primarily located in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Texas.
