Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UI Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences that are not only visually appealing but also user friendly and functional. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital products by creating intuitive and engaging designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design specifications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team skills and output.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in UI Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem solving skills.
