Nexus Family Healing has an exciting opportunity for a Visitation Monitor position based in the Central Region of Minnesota out of our Waite Park, MN office!
At Nexus-Kindred Family Healing , we provide foster care and adoption services to children and their families throughout Minnesota. We’re part of Nexus Family Healing , a national nonprofit mental health organization that restores hope for thousands of children and families who come to us for outpatient/community mental health services, foster care and adoption, and residential treatment.
This position is responsible for fostering the development of healthy family relationships and supportive living environments by facilitating visitations and documenting family visits in a supervised and controlled setting, as identified in the service plan and/or Individual Treatment Plan. Part-time, 5-10 hours per week. This position is flexible - you can work any number of days or evenings, between the hours of 8AM - 8PM, Monday – Saturday.
