Warehouse & Delivery Associate (Fabrication & Inventory)


Location: Harahan, LA


Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hr (Based on Experience)


Schedule: Full-Time | Mon - Fri | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Status: Temp-to-Perm (Career Opportunity)

What You Will Do:

• Inventory & Fulfillment: Assist with inventory counts, order pulling, and professional material handling.
• Fabrication Support: Use saws to make precise cuts and assist with basic welding/assembly as needed.
• On the Road: Operate a company work truck to make occasional local deliveries (No professional delivery experience required!).
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the shop and warehouse organized and ready for daily operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Technical Skills: Previous experience using industrial saws or any basic welding experience is a major plus and qualifies you for the higher pay range.
• Eagerness to Learn: If you have a great attitude and want to learn specialized trades like metal cutting and welding, this is the place for you.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle material moving and warehouse tasks throughout the day.
• Compliance: Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) & Valid Driver's License for driving, and be able to pass a 5-panel drug test and background check .
