Join our team as a Warehouse Order Selector , where your speed and accuracy directly impact our success. You’ll be responsible for building pallets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring our warehouse stays organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately build pallets for delivery and maintain precise inventory counts.
• Organize expired & damaged products
• Operate powered industrial equipment, including fork-trucks and pallet jacks, in a safe manner. We provide training and annual certification!
• Help the team sustain and improve business operations through general housekeeping, stocking and rotating product, staging of containers & pallets and other duties as assigned.

Shift Options & Pay

• Monday – Friday, starting at 8:00 AM. Typically ends after 8 hours (once quota is met). Overtime may be available and/or required depending on business needs.
• Closing shift starts at 9:00 AM. Ends when all trucks are loaded and computer work is finalized.
• Monthly bonuses available based on accuracy and speed.
• Base pay starts at $17.50 per hour, with increases available for those taking on additional responsibilities.

Job Requirements & Physical Demands

• Experience in Warehousing, Distribution, or Merchandising in a high-volume environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to continually lift 50 pounds from floor to waist height.
• Capable of prolonged standing, twisting, and bending throughout the shift.
• Comfort with repetitive motions of the neck, wrists, fingers, and arms.
• Must be able to work in an indoor warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Ability to maintain annual fork-truck certification and operate equipment safely.
