Overview This RN position is for every weekend. 2 x 10‑hour shifts Saturday and Sunday. The Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents, and/or families within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control. The quality of care is consistent with the Standards of Practice. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies, and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice, and/or oncology is preferred. Job Details Minimum Requirements Current and valid NY State license to practice as a Registered Nurse. One to two years recent acute care nursing experience with excellent assessment skills. Must have a current, valid NY State driver's license and own transportation. Salary Range USD $53.00 - USD $67.00 per year. This range serves as a good faith estimate; actual pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation, and it does not include the value of benefits.
