Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to launch a career in the aerospace and defense industry?

• Assemble and secure wire bundles for aircraft cables and wire harnesses
• Apply heat shrink labels and tie string to complete wire bundle assemblies
• Operate UV Laser Wire Marking equipment (full training provided)
• Work to engineering specifications and quality standards on aerospace and defense programs
• Collaborate with a tight-knit production team in a clean, professional shop environment

• Strong attention to detail — precision matters in everything we build
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship
• Comfortable working with small components and hand tools
• Ability to follow written work instructions and technical documentation
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a trade is a plus — but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (defense-related work)
