Busy, established collision repair shop in Othello, WA is looking for a highly skilled, experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. This position is for a technician who can produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited work available. If you want steady cars and the opportunity to make excellent money, this shop can keep you busy year-round.

We are also willing to help with relocation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Structural and non-structural collision repair.
• Metal straightening, welding, panel replacement, plastic repair.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards.
• Work efficiently from repair plans and estimates.
• Maintain high workmanship and production goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional auto body experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern collision repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license.
• I-CAR certifications a plus.
