We are hiring for a part-time Assistant Manager with oversight of our Back of House Operations.

• Manages a team of spa service providers
• Responsible for setting and achieving goals
• Implements protocols
• Onboarding & Training schedules
• Inventory Ordering
• Manages day to day operations
• Customer service knowledge required
• BOH Daily communications
• Coordination of monthly meetings
• Weekly Cleaning Responsibility
• Leadership experience required
• Spa knowledge required
• Massage License, Nail Technician, and/or Esthetics License required
• Hybrid service provider part-time and manager part-time
