Dedicated Retail Freight Driver – Home Every Day / Slip-Seat Day Cabs

Want a local gig out of Monroe, OH that actually gets you into your own bed every single day? We need 4 solid Class A drivers with at least 3 months of experience to run regional grocery loads across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Here is the straightforward breakdown of the money, the runs, and what we need from you.

The Money & Stackable Pay:

• Weekly Paychecks: Solid $1,500 baseline, with our top guys pulling in $1,800+ every week.
• Experience CPM: Tiers cleanly from $0.56 (brand new) up to $0.62 per mile (5+ years).
• Extra Hustle Pays: You get $37 per driver-unload, $20 per stop, $20 for backhauls, and $25 if you have to restack a pallet.
• Paid Onboarding: We pay you $100 a day to get comfortable during your short ride-along training.

The Schedule & Daily Grind:

• Home Time: Home daily with two steady non-weekend days off every single week.
• Shift Times: Afternoon or evening starts (typically 11 AM or noon). Keep in mind: evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts are part of the deal, especially the heavy push right before a holiday.
• The Work: You'll log 1,000 to 1,500 miles a week running 3 to 5 loads a day (5 to 7 stops). It's about 70% easy drop-and-hook and 30% unloads into store backrooms using electric pallet jacks. You'll slip-seat modern day cabs.

The Real Talk & Screening:

• Experience & Location: Must have your Class A with 3+ months under your belt and live right in the Monroe hiring zone (ZIP 45044).
• Drug Testing: You'll need to pass strict pre-employment hair and urine drug tests. ( Note: This operation is strictly not SAP-friendly. )
