  • Drive strategic service line growth by identifying market opportunities and recruiting top-tier physician talent to expand access to world-class care.
  • Architect patient-centered business processes that adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape, ensuring every family experiences a seamless and safe journey.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams in a culture of high accountability and collaboration, uniting clinical and administrative staff around a single standard of excellence.
  • Partner with physician leadership to curate and implement cutting-edge medical technologies and clinical standards that improve patient outcomes while maintaining fiscal health.
  • Cultivate community health improvements by aligning service line goals with population health initiatives to deliver measurable, long-term wellness impacts.
What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse preferred.
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Masters Degree
  • 10 years in Cardiology procedural areas / operations experience
  • 5 years leadership experience
