Truccin4Change LLC is seeking experienced and safety-focused Hazmat Tanker Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will be responsible for transporting hazardous materials safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tanker trucks equipped for hazardous materials, following all company and regulatory safety protocols
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections (check for leaks, proper labeling, securements, etc.)
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment (forklifts or roll-off trucks when required)
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs, manifests, and hazmat compliance reports
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while communicating proactively with dispatch about route changes or safety concerns
• Comply with federal, state, and local transportation laws related to commercial driving and hazmat handling
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and report incidents immediately

Qualifications / Experience

• Valid CDL with HazMat and tanker endorsements required
• Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably in tanker or hazmat transport
• Comfortable operating manual-transmission trucks (ability to drive a 10-speed is a plus)
• Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, or tractor-trailers preferred
• Knowledge of hazardous materials safety protocols and emergency procedures
• SAP drivers accepted, ONLY if occurrence is at least 1 year old and ALL return to duty process and 6 randoms have been completed and passed
