About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and mission-driven Head of Partnerships to lead institutional fundraising and cultivate transformative philanthropic relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding high-impact institutional partnerships, securing significant gifts, and working closely with executive leadership to design and execute a comprehensive strategy for philanthropic revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's next phase of growth, particularly in the areas of digital media experimentation, cultural content, and measurable civic outcomes. The Head of Partnerships will be expected to travel, engage with funders, and serve as a trusted ambassador, all while embracing the company's commitment to anti-racism and equitable workplace practices.

Applicants for the Head of Partnerships position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in institutional fundraising, securing major gifts, or sales/business development in an impact-driven context. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in cultivating and securing six-figure philanthropic investments, as well as strong strategic thinking and the ability to independently drive outcomes. While not mandatory, a background in digital media, media-adjacent industries, or civic engagement ecosystems is preferred. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building instincts, and a willingness to travel. They should also be adept at proposal development, and stewardship, and be prepared to contribute to the organization's anti-racism commitments and equitable work practices.
