Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for infants while supporting and mentoring less experienced teachers in the classroom.

As a Infant Supervisor, you will: (Key Responsibility)- Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to learn, play and grow
- Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Support your centers success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Do You: - Have a genuine passion for the education and care of infants?
- Have one year of professional experience as an Infant Lead (preferred) or six months of professional experience working with infants in a child care setting (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?

There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role. Qualifications
- Genuine passion for caring for and educating infants.
- 1 year of experience as an Infant Lead Teacher (Minimum)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required).
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor other teachers.
Additional Requirements Candidates must meet all applicable
state licensing requirements for childcare professionals.
