Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Technicians with mold changeovers,determiningpartdefect, root cause and implementingappropriate correctiveaction.

• Set-up andoperatemolding machinery and support equipment.

• Material handling duties for Molding area; delivering raw material, removing finishedgoodsandrecording material movementin ERP system.

• Assistwith scheduled preventative maintenance functions.

• Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment.

• Compliant with OSHA regulations.

• Ensure good housekeeping.

• Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety?

• Good Manufacturing Practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum1yearmanufacturingexperience.

• Mustpossessgood communication/interpretation skills, good visual skills for accessing functionality of equipment, above basic mathematical skills, aboveminimumcomputer skill set, and reasoning ability.

• Mustpossessmechanical aptitude and ability to adapt and learn.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to stand for full manufacturing shift, ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop,stretchand similar activities

• Ability to accommodate occasional flexibleschedulewhen required.

• Must be able to safelyoperaterequiredequipment for performing job functions.

Compensation Information:

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, market level, other job-related factors, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. As applicable this role will also receive overtime compensation and may be eligible for shift premium compensation.

Pay Range:?$21-$27

Vacation - up to 80 hours of time within first year

Sick - up to 40 hours of time within first year

Floating Holiday - up to 8 hours of time within first year

Holiday - 10 paid holidays per year, these holidays are selected by the Division
