Medical Review Specialist (MRS) i3screen is a privately held subsidiary of i3logix, a provider of enterprise document management solutions, scheduling solutions, and custom software. For more information, visit This is an in‑person position at our Denver (80238) office. The shift is 9:30 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Responding to client inquiries and assisting donors with drug test results via phone or email Tracking samples, processing donor files, and providing clients with status updates Placing and tracking orders while ensuring accuracy and timely processing Assisting clients with accessing and navigating our web solution Staying informed of client changes, regulatory updates, and SOP revisions Supporting training efforts and establishing client‑specific protocols Proactively contacting clients to ensure program success and satisfaction Verifying medication information, including fill and administered dates Entering data and results as needed, while maintaining accuracy Understanding and adhering to DOT and state regulatory guidelines Communicating turnaround problems to the management team regarding testing, problem resolution, and completion of client requests Assisting with special projects Maintaining the confidentiality of all i3screen and client information Managing incoming mail Demonstrating stellar attendance, dedication, and reliability Required Skills & Qualifications Availability to work 9:30 am – 6 pm, Monday – Friday Intermediate skill with Google Workspace Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel & Word) Excellent communication skills with staff and customers Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks Strong phone and email etiquette Problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Approachability and availability for team collaboration Strong listening skills and attention to detail Proficiency with reading, writing, and speaking English to the extent necessary to perform the essential functions of the job Outstanding customer service abilities Team player with a proactive attitude Highly Preferred Experience Call center experience Experience in the drug testing industry Programs Used i3screen proprietary system Google Workspace Microsoft Office Zoho Slack Excel Benefits Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Colonial Life insurances 401(k) after 1 year of employment Paid Time Off Paid Family and Medical Leave (Colorado only) Paid holidays Earned Wage Access Bonus programs Compensation $21 hourly.
