Medical Sales Territory Representative – Entry Level We are a leading Medical Device and Equipment company focused on five innovative segments of the U.S. healthcare market. The Medical Sales Representative will promote our innovative products to hospitals, urgent‑care facilities, nursing homes, primary‑care physicians, and specialty physicians. We plan to launch a number of new products in 2026 to our sales team and beyond to further distinguish ourselves as a market leader. Responsibilities Continuously improve selling skills, product and competitor knowledge by completing required training courses, working with your managers, and reviewing available information provided by the product management team. Calling on territory health‑care providers and informing them about the features and benefits of our products, the characteristics, uses, dosages, and value‑add programs for our HCPs and their patients, and effectively communicating other relevant educational information as directed by management to grow market share. Consistently develop a partnership‑selling style that includes an ability to use all available promotional literature and selling tools (excel‑based reports, market‑share & usage reports, etc.) during sales calls as assigned. Educate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with assigned territory health‑care providers and their staff to further the progress of the company business. Basic Requirements Must be authorized to be employed in the United States. Have a valid driver’s license. Have some success with abilities in business‑to‑business sales. Strong organizational skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage a physician‑based customer base. Skills to communicate clinically based evidence to healthcare professionals. Willingness to maintain medical knowledge and data that is constantly changing.
