What You'll Do: Be the First Friendly Face: Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Manage Patient Flow: Help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and check-ins. Accurate Record Keeping: Make sure all patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system, ensuring a smooth visit for everyone. Communication Pro: Answer all phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits, financial obligations, and our organization's Discount Policy with clarity. Be the Scheduling Guru: Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensuring it's effective, organized, and optimized for the best patient experience. What You Need to Bring: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least one year of customer service experience, where you've honed your ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Communication Skills: You've got excellent verbal communication skills, and you're also great with written communicationwhether it's talking to patients or exchanging information with other staff. Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with computer hardware and software and can easily navigate patient management systems. Detail-Oriented: You'll be the expert in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all information is verified correctly.
