Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager

Clewiston, FL

We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager who wants a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with meaningful community impact.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on patient advocacy, care planning, and coordinating complex medical needs.

You’ll practice in Clewiston, FL , near the Big Cypress National Preserve, offering a unique natural environment and outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000
